How VibeCam Works
From setup to sharing, capturing memories has never been easier
Create Your VibeCam
Sign in with your Google account and create a new VibeCam in seconds. Give it a memorable name like "Sarah's Birthday Bash" or "Johnson Wedding 2025" so you can easily find it later. Each VibeCam gets its own unique QR code that guests will use to upload photos.
Display Your QR Code
Once created, you'll get a unique QR code for your event. You can display it on a screen, project it on a wall, or print it out and place it at your venue. The bigger and more visible, the better! Guests simply scan the code with their phone's camera app to start taking photos.
Guests Scan & Snap
Your guests don't need to download any apps or create accounts. They simply scan the QR code with their phone's built-in camera app, which opens the VibeCam photo capture page in their browser. From there, they can take photos directly or upload pictures from their camera roll. It works on iPhone, Android, and any modern smartphone.
Photos Appear Instantly
Every photo uploaded by your guests appears instantly in your VibeCam library. You can watch in real-time as the memories roll in throughout your event. Access your library from any device by logging into your VibeCam account. All photos are securely stored and only accessible to you.
Download & Share
After your event, easily download all photos at once as a ZIP file or select specific favorites to share. You can also delete any unwanted photos from your library. Share memories via email, WhatsApp, or social media. Your VibeCam stays active, so you can access and share photos anytime, even months after your event.
